Head Chef at The Burstead Golf Club

Steven joined The Burstead Golf Club in 2000 in the capacity of Head Chef, building a reputation for quality food, from catering for members & guests through to private functions & Weddings.

Before Steven joined The Burstead Golf Club he worked for 10 years in London working for The Bank of England and Claridges. Steven then moved on to a prestigious Gentlemens Club in Pall Mall and finished his training at Westminster College where he stayed for 6 years making his way up to a senior position within the kitchen. Whilst Steven was working in London his employers entered him into numerous competitions where he consistently reached the finals. 2 Years before joining The Burstead Steven took up the role of Sous-Chef at Renoufs Hotel.

Steven is a very approachable and professional individual and will always have time to listen to any suggestions you may have to help improve your experience here in the Club House. His hard work and dedication has been consistent since his arrival all those years ago and he continues to strive in all areas to make sure that everyone who visits The Club House for whatever reason, relaxes and enjoys their time spent with us.
